Only been with PrizeRebel for a short menstruation and things were OK. Payment is quick and enough of surveys, admitting many rejections (contrary to their claims of having the least rejections of whatsoever survey site).
Recently, I noticed a tendency of completed surveys being rejected and emailed them to enquire them what the reasoning behind this. They didn't read my electronic mail properly and gave me a answer which was not relevant to my query. I complained again but they didn't reply. I had 3 more surveys which I had completed simply was rejected after completion and I decided I had to investigate myself to find out if this was deliberate. As I am a software developer, I was able to use the Google Chrome debugging tools to rails and log the letters and events that were existence sent. My suspicions were confirmed and they were deliberately rejecting my surveys,. I doubtable they would pocket the payments themselves but I don't have evidence of this (notwithstanding). I afterwards sent them some other e-mail requesting that they provide evidence that my answers to surveys that were deliberately being rejected, were destroyed. The reason being that this is a potential breach of GPDR regulations. They replied past telling me they take deleted all my account information and closed my business relationship. Again, that was NOT what I requested. Whether they are really stupid or they were playing dumb as a reason to shut my business relationship, I don't know.

They blocked me on their Facebook folio, and then on their website. After I posted my review hither, they unblocked me on the website, just kept ignoring all my emails for over a twelvemonth. They even didn't respond to BBB on my complaint. I asked them to DELETE my account then, because I don't want this visitor to go along my data. Instead, they just blocked me once again saying I am using Proxy, even though I have never used it and fifty-fifty exercise not know how to use proxy if I ever want to! Weird.
Update: Their response here about using proxy is not true. I have never used proxy "to mask my IP" (and do not know how to even if I wanted to). I provided truthful information: my full name, my mailing address and postal code. Why would I mask my IP? It doesn't make any sense if you use logic. They also blocked me on the Facebook folio (why? what is the connection with proxy?) so I am not able to inquire whatsoever questions there likewise. Their "support" on the website never works and emails are never responded. I regret they now own my information I provided to them.
